Terms of Use
Effective: October 7, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Indurevia website, OT Cyber Risk Assessment, assessment results, reports, and related services. By using the service or purchasing a paid service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose of the Service
Indurevia provides operational technology (OT) cybersecurity readiness and risk-screening services intended to help manufacturing and industrial organizations identify potential cybersecurity improvement areas and prioritize risk-reduction activities.
Indurevia services are informational and advisory in nature. They are not intended to replace organization-specific engineering, cybersecurity, safety, legal, regulatory, or compliance review.
2. Assessment Limitations
Assessment results are based primarily on information provided by the user or organization. Unless expressly stated otherwise, responses and supporting information have not been independently verified by Indurevia.
An Indurevia score, risk status, finding, recommendation, or report does not constitute certification, regulatory compliance, a formal cybersecurity audit, penetration test, vulnerability assessment, or guarantee that an organization, facility, network, system, or device is secure.
3. Operational and Safety Responsibility
OT and industrial environments may involve production, equipment, process, personnel, environmental, and safety considerations. Recommendations provided by Indurevia should therefore be evaluated within the context of your specific operational and engineering requirements before implementation.
You remain responsible for determining whether and how any recommendation is implemented and for obtaining appropriate technical, engineering, safety, management, or other approvals before making changes to operational systems.
4. No Professional or Regulatory Guarantee
Information provided through Indurevia should not be interpreted as legal advice or as a determination that an organization complies with any particular law, regulation, contractual requirement, cybersecurity framework, or industry standard.
References or mappings to cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and industry guidance are provided for informational risk-management purposes. Such references reflect Indurevia's interpretation and alignment of assessment topics and do not represent certification, formal control equivalence, compliance validation, or endorsement by the organizations responsible for those frameworks, standards, or guidance.
5. Paid Services and Payment
Certain Indurevia services, reports, or assessment options may require payment. The applicable price and description of the purchased service will be presented before checkout. Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor.
Purchase of a paid assessment or report provides only the product or service described at the time of purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a purchase does not include certification, remediation services, ongoing monitoring, penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, engineering services, or continuing cybersecurity support.
6. Electronic Delivery and Report Access
Paid assessment reports may be delivered electronically using the email address provided during checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible email address and for maintaining appropriate control over access to that email account.
Secure report links are intended for the purchaser or other authorized recipients. You are responsible for safeguarding report-access links and for sharing reports only with persons authorized to receive your organization's assessment information.
If you experience a report-delivery or access problem, contact Indurevia at support@indurevia.com so that the issue can be investigated.
7. Refunds
Paid assessment purchases are generally non-refundable once the purchased report has been generated or delivered.
If Indurevia is unable to provide the purchased report because of a technical or service failure, Indurevia will make reasonable efforts to correct the problem or provide a refund. Nothing in this policy limits any refund or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the service.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, its infrastructure, accounts, databases, or underlying systems; intentionally introduce malicious code; interfere with other users; or use the service in a manner that violates applicable law.
9. Information Submitted to Indurevia
You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to provide information submitted through the service.
The OT Cyber Risk Assessment does not require sensitive technical information. You should not submit IP addresses, hostnames, usernames or passwords, equipment identifiers, firewall configurations, network diagrams, credentials, security keys, production configurations, or other sensitive operational or security information unless Indurevia specifically requests such information through an appropriate service and handling process.
10. Intellectual Property
The Indurevia name, assessment methodology, scoring logic, reports, website content, original written materials, and related service materials are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by Indurevia, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, republish, or create derivative commercial products from proprietary Indurevia materials.
These Terms do not restrict your ownership of information that you submit to Indurevia or of your organization's own underlying cybersecurity information.
11. Third-Party Services
Indurevia may rely on third-party providers for hosting, database infrastructure, communications, analytics, payment processing, or other operational services. Availability of Indurevia may therefore depend in part on services operated by third parties.
12. Service Availability and Changes
Indurevia may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service as the platform evolves. Features, assessment methodologies, recommendations, pricing, and service offerings may change over time.
13. No Warranty
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Indurevia does not warrant that the service will identify every cybersecurity weakness, vulnerability, threat, control deficiency, or potential operational impact.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Indurevia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the service, assessment results, recommendations, service interruptions, or decisions made based on information provided through the service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Indurevia's aggregate liability arising from or relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid to Indurevia for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
15. Privacy
Information collected through the service is handled as described in the Indurevia Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to These Terms
Indurevia may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes may be reflected by updating the effective date displayed on this page.
